The service tech was very pleasant, informative and took great care in handling our furniture, and when a room was done he placed protective shield under the furniture to protect and moisture affecting the legs from the carpet. After completion our rugs looked like brand new and I would highly recommend them.

Thomas carpet cleaners cleaned our basement carpet including stairs, small personal office carpet and larger home office with stairs. They arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the areas to be cleaned. Got started bringing in the equipment and were working quickly. Considering the amount of area they needed to clean, they got done in very good time. Carpets all look fantastic. The two technicians were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. We will certainly be having them come back when the carpets need to be cleaned again.
