Are you able to remove all the stains in our carpet?

While we cannot guarantee every stain or concern can be resolved, we do guarantee that they will receive the best possible care and attention. Most stains can be removed during carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning, but others require special applications of stronger stain removal products. Stains that are red, blue, or green typically CANNOT be completely removed, but they may improve slightly.

Keep in mind that any over-the-counter spot remover that you use on the stains before calling us may also affect the final result of a professional cleaning. If the spotter is too strong, you may set the stain or permanently alter the color of the dyes.
